Ok, so the other day I was being obsessive and watching game play movies of the games that I'm getting in December...while doing that I saw an add for this thing called Flyff. It means Fly For Fun. Dunno why though...So anyway, I downloaded it cuz it was free and I figured "Eh, what the hell..."

After like an hour of downloading and then another eternity of patch loading and finally getting the game to start...







OMG SO FUN! It's like Guild Wars...but SOOOOO much cuter! *squeels uncontrollably* I suggest you check it out.

Tonight I walked the entire campus in less than 30minutes and did 20 situps (though there were some breaks inbetween cuz I was watching SouthPark and only doing situps during commercial breaks)!! So excitement for me!

RenFair was RenTastic!

So yah...spent all day yesterday at RenFair with Jacci, Imani, Jen, and Jen's husband Nathan. It was fun and I actually had money to buy stuff this year! WOOT! Not to mention all the belly dancing that I got to see! It was like heritage day for me XD

Yay for poorely written Japanese stories!

So I had to write a journal entry for my Japanese class. So, instead of the usual journal about my daily life, my fall break, or even pets, I wrote a story about a turtle and a mountain. Yah, I was that bored. I actually managed to write it in one night, which is pretty good for me. Though I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of grammar mistakes. I'm going to post it here...so if you can read Japanese, feel free to read it ^^; I'll post the English version after I get around to actually writing it XD

It's that time again

So I have to register for next semester's classes on the 24th of this month. Yah I know, that's so soon O..O So I went ahead and checked to see what I still needed to fullfill...just two 300lvl classes and one has to be a writing intensive. So I already have it planned out, yay!

This is my possible schedule for next semester:

Monday: RUS 314- Major Movements in Russian Lit. WI From 2:00pm-3:15pm

Tuesday: JNS 204 WI 11:00am-12:15pm
ENG 329 Literature and Film 2:00pm-3:15pm
ENG 348 Contemporary British Authors WI 3:30pm-4:45pm

Wednesday: Same as Monday

Thursday: Same as Tuesday

Friday: NOTHING!!

So yah...I must be insane takeing three Writing Intensive classes. Oh well, should be fun none-the-less.

So I'm chillin in the Super Lab..yah, I know...I have a laptop, I shouldn't be here. But hey, I didn't feel like carrying it around on my back all day and I have a little break from work, so why not? Normally this time would be spent waiting for my nutrition class to start, but we don't have class today- instead there will be an online midterm that I'm going to take when I get back to the room later.

Everyone should be proud of me! I actually got up ON TIME and didn't take my usual nap...mainly because "Night Stalker" was on SciFi. Who would want to miss that? Me, that's who! So after that went off, I put on my shoes and left the room EARLY to waddle over to the EUC. I went up to the Student Org. offices (first time I've been there since I quit the now non-existant WPSA), and dropped off my submition for the Coraddi. I'm a little sad for them because now I know why Kris was so happy to hear that I was turning something in- there were only two other disks in the box T_T Man, that's sad. There is a slim hope that I may actually win one of the three cash prizes! Though I doubt it will happen...I'm at least 80% confident, however, that my pics will in fact be used. That's satifying in its own right.

This reminds me...I need to stop by and grab a copy of the last issue...I haven't looked at it yet.

*yawns* dangit, now I'm sleepy again. Perhaps I should go grab a small bite to eat from the EUC...though really, I've already had a double cheeseburger and a big thingie full of pineapple and strawberries. I shouldn't be hungry...and yet...I wonder if there are still doughnuts...

Nazi Germany
So apparently Ba Sing Se is actually Nazi Germany. No seriously. They're hypnotizeing the people into believing that there is not War going on. They say it's to keep the city in a state of calm...but really, I don't think that's all...I mean...I don't think the king even *knows* that there is a war. And then there's all the emphasis on "culture." Yah...it totally sounds like these people may be guilty of genocide. For instance...they have the poor people living in the walled off bits of the city, far from the sight of the actual city of Ba Sing Se...afterall, these peolpe are actually refugees from other nations, not Earth Kingdom residents. Hmm...gee...this sounds a LOT like the ghettos used by Hitler to keep the Jews seperate from everyone else. How much you want to bet that Long Fang is going to slowly weed them out of existance? The walls enclosing them just seem to get closer and closer until they're all crushed to death, perhaps. I also wonder if maybe they see Toph's Kingdom as seperate from their culture...kind of like Eastern and Western Germany. Because really, she isn't getting any real special treatment with her family seal.

The King
Anyone else notice how you coudln't get a really good look at the king? We think that he may have actually been a fake because there is no actual King...or a decoy because no one knows that the king is actually a child. Or, the most popular...he's the king, but they keep him hypnotized and under their control, because he is, afteral he is a "god to the people." It seems a lot like the Queen (or maybe it was the Dutchess, I can't remember right now) in Trinity Blood.

The Bear
There has got to be more significance with the fact the bear is merely a bear. I know, I know, maybe I'm just reading too much into it, but really, nothing in this show is what it seems on the surface. Why would this ONE animal be the ONLY animal in the series to NOT be a hybrid? I mean really, even the characters, who until recently, never pointed out that every animal was a combo, thought that this was weird. And the bear itself seems...special. Like...in a "rides the short bus" kind of way, lol. All of our theories on him are kinda up in the air at the moment.

Blades of Blue Flame
So...it seems that perhaps there was blue flame comming off of Zuko's swords during his fight with Jet. We're not sure, because it could have been wind. I'm going to need to see this part a few more times. However, if it WAS blue flame...does this mean he's getting stronger? Maybe tapping into a new part of himself that will help fight against Azula?

Been a while since I last posted, I know. Things have been kind of busy lately with class, work, plans for RenFair, and hanging out with people. The air has cooled down considerably and it's starting to smell like Fall. You have no idea how happy this makes me!

Fantasies

Today was pretty good until work time. I wasn't late waking up and I had a pretty good breakfast. Then I went to Japanese and was spazzing a bit over our upcomming test (mainly because I'll have to study extra hard on top of writing a paper for English). Then Nutrition went well because, though I don't pay a lick of attention in class, or do the readings, I still felt very confident in my answers. Then I went to the library and spent my extra free 45 minutes reading. It seems as though right after I finished reading and went through the aggravation of my eyes not wanting to focus, my mood bottomed out.

It had nothing to do with the subject of the book (Memoirs of a Geisha), or anything else it seemed. After chatting with Karen and Timothy, I made my way to the back office. I was greated by an excited (but not *happy*) Jacci who wanted me to clock in so she could rant. After the gernal hustle and bustle of first getting to work, I settled down to work on Blue Sheets (our way of checking attendence) and then my mood dropped again. This time it was different though, instead of just kinda mopey, my head felt really heavy and I really, really wanted to cry.

This all seemed to be for no reason. It wasn't until dinner that a thought occured to me: Fairy Tales aren't real.

Ok, yes...this sounds realy really dumb...but it's what popped into my head. I realized that I've been virtually drowning myself lately in stories about knights and princes (and the occasional chairman), who rescue a Princess from whatever. Even in The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty. Granted she's forced into a few years of sexual slavery, it's all in her best interest as a world leader (it's an interesting concept), and she *is* rescued in many ways, both from the curse and from herself.

My head has been full of this kind of stuff (aside from the sexual slavery thing) since I was little, which is normal for little girls. But I've never seemed to have accepted the fact that these things can't happen in real life. I will never have a prince or knight save me from anything. I'll have to do that myself. I will never have a strong man sweep me up into his arms and carry me for any distance. I'd be lucky if he could even let me lean on him with a sprained ankel.

And thinking thus, my mood has not improved. I'm going to log off the internets (all of them), and work on my English homeworks.

So I shouldn't be allowed to wander in the Book Store when I have time before class. Why? Because I buy things. Somehow I've managed to have time to read lately...but the only "pleasure" reading I have is smut. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty, however I'm not comfy reading that before class starts. So I managed to pick up a copy of Memoirs of a Geisha. It seems pretty good so far. I may have some extra time this weekend to read (yay for doing homework ahead of time!), afterall, I haven't felt like leaving the room much lately. Not in an emo kind of way...but the week makes me sleepy...so I like to relax. I also have a goal to read more non-fantasy stuffs this year...I dunno...I feel that I should. Also, I need to master reading more than one book at a time...I always wanted to be one of those people who could do that.

*yawns* Hmm...seems there was more that I had to say...but...I don't remember what it was now XD Maybe I'll remember and update later.

already tired of crap T_T

Weekends just aren't long enough T_T Even though I had had enough sleep, I managed to pass out around 11 last night and came really close to sleeping in my clothes. I have no idea why I was so sleepy, but I can kind of feel it taking over now.

This week has been kind of heavy. Take that however you want. Personally, I feel it in both a physical and mental way at the moment. It was the first week of class, and as usual, I can already tell which classes I'm going to enjoy the most. I think my Anthropology class is at the top of the list. I mean come on, Dr. Davis had a fake shrunken head (carved from a horses tail segment) stuck on her finger, making it dance for the class.

Yah. That was a good day XD

My Japanese class is also pretty interesting...I've missed Takagi-sensei's stories over the summer. Plus I have the class with Jacci, and that always makes things interesting ^^

Work. Well. Work is ever changing and frustrating. As usual. I need to make myself more usefull in the office, otherwise Jacci may have to kick my ass. And trust me, no one wants this.

Relationship wise...I have no idea where I am right now. I haven't heard from Kevin...he seems to be working nonstop- a good excuse...but really...it doesn't bode well for after graduation.

In better news...I completed Kingdom Hearts II! My gawd it was an awesome game! I also managed to complete it (and the first one) without ever fighting Sephiroth. Yah. I have no idea how that came to be. My next task will be FFVII. Keep this in mind, as my birthday is a week from Tuesday. Also, thanks to KH, I've fallen in love with Hikaru Utada's music XD Amazon has the cd that I want HERE. Though I like the single for Passion as well...really...that's the song that I want most XD

Also, now that I don't have anything to give me my KH fix...I may start reading the manga. Yes, I'm a sad person, I know, lol.

Sorry, I've been kind of absent lately. Thanks to a shopping trip with Matilda, I've aquired a copy of Kingdom Hearts II. So yah...I'm up to like...15 hours or something....so addicting XD So far, my favorite part is Atlantica because you get to hear "Part of Your World" and, as most of you probably don't know, that's like...one of my favorite-est Disney songs EVA! Partially because the Little Mermaid was the first movie that I saw in theaters.

Ursula scared me so much! *hides*

Anyways...yah...that has consumed my life for the moment. Other than that, though, I've been thinking about school starting and getting a general financial plan in my head.

Today, however, was full of nastyness. Other than being thrown in the car with Nana (she's driving me crazy >.<), I was given the oh-so-fun task of cleaning the fridge. OMG....THERE WAS LIQUIFIED LETTUCE! I kid you not...sooooo nastey *shudders*

I don't even want to think about having to wash dishes at this point...it's looking worse than the fridge in that sink XP

So the other day, my boss called. She asked me to be hostess on Saturday and Sunday night...WOOT! Yay for eight bucks an hour!

Now...I just have to hope that my paycheck goes through...I made the mistake of not cashing it and then depositing it...instead I just deposited the check.

Never before have I needed to worry about whether or not my employer had enough money to give me my effing paycheck.

So yesterday I went with Matilda after work to see Pirates of the Carribian 2: Dead Man's Chest.

OMG best movie EVER! I melt over Johnny Depp every time. And I really want his hat XD But then, I guess that's the Pirate in me.

I will refrain from any "Pirate *in* me" jokes.

Man...I'm so tired. Work is kicking my ass big time. I miss my desk work...and really, it's not that long until I get to return to it. That's both a happy, yet depressing thought XD School is getting so close now...

Dangit...work is kicking my ass. I only had two tables, whereas the other other waitresses had like five or six. The reason for this? Well, whenever it was my turn to meet and greet, I'd go get the poeple, give them their menues...and at seeing that we do NOT sell hamburgers or cheeseburgers, then decide to leave. And of course by this time, someone else has come in and the other waitresses have taken them.

Dude...it so looks like I'm a lazy whore on my paperwork.

Maybe I'll do better tonight...yah, I have to go back for another shift tonight. Same thing tomorrow too, cept I have to be there at 9am >.< Weee for some sort of income!

Adventures in Elvis land

Ok, so I was no where near Memphis, but I *was* in Tenn. and that makes me think of Elvis.

So anyway...today I took mommy to the airport for her trip to Vegas! WEE! Only...the drive back wasn't so great. I managed to take the wrong exit (stupid confusion of east and west...) and thought I had gotten back on track. Well...I was heading along East I-40 when I see the sign "END" above the 40 sign.

WHAT THE HELL?!! 40, for those who don't already know, convers California to NC. So I was thoroughly confused o..O I was detoured down an exit (no where else to go, the road literally came to an end), where I stopped at a McDonalds. I asked for directions and was told to make a left at the fifth stoplight from the McDonalds.

Ok.

1...2..3....................4.................................................5!

Wait...there's no where to turn left!! UGH! So I kept driving until I had room to turn around...then stopped at a gas station...they didn't know how to get anywhere...so then I stopped at ANOTHER gas station. She was much more helpful ^^ She told me to go BACK TO THE MCDONALDS and go passed it and take the second left....YAY! I kinda knew where I was....so my adventure was done.

I was stressin the whole time because I didn't want to be late for work. Yesterday I told Mo' that I'd be gone to take Mommy to the airport, but I could work Dinner. Well...I called on my way home to say I'd be late...and Anne Marie said that she didn't even know that I was comming in today XD So I was stressin for nothing. She said that she thought that they were fine with help tonight, but I'd be on call til about 6pm...which it nearly is now. I have to work lunch on Saturday and Brunch and (possibly) Dinner on Sunday. I'm good with this. I think the double shift won't be too bad on Sunday because there will be like...three hours between the shifts where I will come home and nap XD

I wonder when I get paid >..> I need gas money...and a new mouse for my computer as I believe the P1 and P2 ports are dead. We *think* this is why my computer won't boot up. I hope to whatever electronic deity there is that a new mouse will fix it T_T I want my own comp back...and I want to start saving for a new monitor, lol.

Ok, I think that's all I had to update with...

OH! Any of my friends in the area who are reading this...I totally want to go see Pirates of the Caribbian on Saturday July 7th. Not only do I want to see it...I want to see it with a group of people dressed as pirates!! *^^*

Yes, I'm already thinking about next year's Animazment. It'll be the ten year aniversery, so I'm pretty sure it'll be the biggest one yet. I really want to cosplay this time. I'm thinking of going as Shana from Shakugan no Shana. I don't think my chunky butt will look all that great in the costume...but then, that's true of most costumes XD

Last night, after a trip to Newport with my mom (and a failed attempt to get our nails done), I came home...then left for Newport again with Matilda, lol.

We went "Midnight Bowling," which just means that there was a blacklight and a disco ball with lots of flashy lights on while we bowled XD It was fun, we played from 11:30-2:00am It was lots of fun...I took a few pics, but they didn't come out too well, so I probably won't post them. I bowled a 70! A new record for me, lol!

After that, we went for food...then scampered over to Walmart because Matilda hadn't gotten anything for her dad for father's day. Can we say last minute? ^^; We spent two hours there...mostly playing video games in the electronics section >..> I shouldn't be allowed there anymore, I want too many games XD It made me think though...I'm considering selling my Gameboy Advanced for an SP...why? Because I want a backlight gosh darnit. I have no desire for a DS...I can't deal with too screens, lol. Nor can I afford that.

But anyway...after that, we took Bubbah (ahahaha, Bubbah...) home and then she took me home, with many apologies for it being 5am XD But I didn't care...Nana knew where I was, and I was having fun running about Walmart, so it's all good.

*yawns* I'm really sleepy though T_T

Update XD

I went to the dentist AGAIN today...it was for a cleaning and evaluation. I go back Monday for one of many fillings. Seven cavaties (might be more, I never really got the final count), and two watches. Plus the filing that needs to be replaced.

I also called the Spa again like Matilda said...and was told that I didn't have to do that. >..< I guess they just don't want me...she said that they didn't "have a position that matches my application." Right. I only loaded the thing up with my office skills knowing that the position open is for the desk.

Right.

I'll never get my comp fixed at this rate T_T

And then...

I finished cleaning off my bed.

OMG! I can finally stop sleeping on the couch! Now if I can just get my comp fixed, all will be right with the world.

This is the first poster that I bought...Imani and me chose both of them for our dorm room. Mermaid Melody seemed fitting seeing as she always pics on me for being able to do Luchia's Japanese voice T_T

Ok, enough of that.

So in other news...I'm still without a job. Apparently I haven't even been considered for the Spa. So I totally don't know what I'm going to do this summer T_T. I may very well have to try at Gamestop. Though explaining to them why I picked up an application last Tuesday and haven't turned it in until now would be interesting. I have to get paid this summer, and cleaning nana's room isn't going to cut it. I mean, it's nice of her to pay me...but I don't want her money. She doesn't have that much to begin with.

An exciting thing has happened though...well, other than the cap from the milk in the trash exploading and flying across the kitchen...They're opening a US Cellular store here in town. You know what that means? Yep, it's official, we're getting a cell tower! YAY! This means I can use my phone at home and not jack up Nana's phone bill.

Umm...I think that's all I have to update with.

Animazement!

Following are two entries (the top is the most recent) copied over from my lj.

Ok...This should be lengthy...pending I remember everything that happened XD

I left around 1pm on Thursday and, after picking up a few supplies at Dollar General, I headed out to Greensboro to meet up with (Aarin). We went for some supply shopping, then spent the night watching anime such as Goldfish Warnimg and My Master. The next morning, we left around 9 something, stopped briefly for breakfast at Sheetz, then drove on out to Animazement, radio blasting and windows down the whole way.

For those who don't know, my car door beeps constantly and my ac is broken XD

We arrived at 11am (an hour before anything started), and we unpacked, then waddled about. Aarin went to stand in line for the dealer's room, while I waited to see My Hime. I regretted not going in the room earlier because they were playing Mahou Sentai MagiRanger. I managed to catch the ending song (and a clip or two of the bishi Yuki Ito), then watched most of the first My Hime Episode. I had to leave early to go to the Sailor Moon fan panel. I liked what I saw, though, and I'll deffinately be looking the series up on YouTube. I spent the hour after that eating lunch and catchng up with Imani. I missed the Ball Jointed Dolls panel, which I now wish I had gone to T_T After that I went to the Power Ranger Mystic Force (Mahou Sentai MagiRanger) panel and drooled of the wonderfl Yuki Ito.

Good now? Ok. So that's when I got my picture taken with him and I was a stupid fangirl (did you know, he's actually younger than me by like five months >..>), and I won the collector's edition of Oh! My Goddess. There was some envy over that XD Imani managed to talk me out of getting an autograph from him, which I now wish I had done, but that's ok, cuz I have his picture. Maybe he'll come back next year and I can get another pic and his autograph then. The reason she wanted to leave was to go see something...but I don't remember what because I lost my paper with all the anime names on it. I think we may have actually ploddled off to the dealer's room and I bought two posters (One from Mermaid Melody and one from an anime I didn't recognize, but it was pretty). After that, there was some lazing about and then we went to the opening ceremony. Somewhere in there I met up with Steven...but it was very short lived and I mostly watched him play video games. But that was cool and he seemed nice.

And the opening ceremony, we saw all of the guests and on the way there we got in the elevator with Chris Cason, the Englsh voice of Gluttony from Full Metal Alchemist. I didn't saw anything, but I was squeeing on the inside XD During the ceremony I noticed that Caitlin Glass (voice of Winry) had a little Makona from the dealer's room. She wouldn't stop playing with it ^^; She then noticed that the girl in front of my had a huge dark Makona plushie and they started to make them dance together from across the table. It was funny as hell. I love seeing the American voice actors because they're just as fangirly and fanboyish as the rest of us Otakus. In fact, I frequently bumped into Kyle Hebert (voice of teen Gohan and the Narrator from DBZ) in the dealer's room. I dont' really remember what else happened until Anime Hell (which was FANTASTIC btw), and there was more anime watching, but again, I don't have the names of any of them XD

Saturday was mostly going to the dealer's room, except that morning (11something), Imani and me headed to one fo the video rooms and watched Kamen Rider and Mahou Sentai MagiRanger. I was SO entertained! I cannot tell you how much better the Japanese power rangers are! There was an actual story line and the script had us all laughing. It was so good! I need to find a way to watch the episodes now...they aren't posted on YouTube yet. The DVDs are hella expensive too.... Oh well, I'll find a way >..>

I didn't really go to any panels on Saturday, I mostly wandered around and watched anime. I did go to the autograph session with the American voice actors and got Caitlin Glass's autograph ^^ It's the first autograph I've ever gotten...I'll definately aim for more next year >..> That night was spent mostly walking around and that's when the Kadamari ball started XD I took the pics of the dolls that I posted earlier that night too.

Sunday was a rush because we had to check out and stuff. I did my final run of the dealer's room (I'll post the pics of my stuff later) and we packed up and left. I spent Sunday night at Aarin's and we watched more of Ouran High School Host Club. You should all watch it! Hehe. The drive home was ok...it was really hot though.

So now...yah...gonna call the Spa about my application.

The Tooth Fairy Owes Me Money

I went to the dentist this morning. I went in, sat down, they took an x-ray. Then the dentist person came in, took one look at my mouth, then turned around, wrote a perscription for my infection, and mumbled something about a root canal.

Yep, June 5th I get to have a root canal.

Fun.

It sounds horrible...but I looked up the proceedure and stuff...shouldn't be too bad.

But still...

Lost faith in Cock-eyed Doctors

So I went to the Health Center after canceling Sushi 101 with Robyn *lament* Though I guess it isn't that bad, cuz I had a lot less money that originally thought....so I suppose that makes up for it. But anyway, yah...the Health Center.

I waddled my way up there and endured the anxiety of a strep test. I did ok though, no throwing up this time. After ward, the doctor had me come in and she looked at my throat, saying I didn't have strep, but my throat was really irritated. Her prescription was to take reg. Ibuprofen (cuz the 800mg are too effing huge to swallow, especially when you have a sore throat)...but get this...she wants me to take 4 caplets (equal to 800mg) THREE times a day. THREE. Ok...even I know that you can't do that. You go over 1600 and you runt he risk of a COMA. Jesus Christ. I just kind of ignored it and waited for her to stop talking so I could leave...and I made a comment about how it was interesting that this started right after the infection in my tooth started going away. She said that they couldn't be related (not that I was asking her opinion, it was just interesting timing), and that I just had "the throat virus that's been going around." Ok. So it's a virus? So shouldn't I be taking antibiotics to get rid of it? Ibuprofen is good for pain...but it isn't going to treat a virus.

Her glasses bothered me, they were VERY crooked.

I guess I'll be going to the doctor again when I go home.

9:35am Man, my throat is killing me T_T I think maybe the AC is causing it, so I shut it off and opened the window. I guess I'm going to need cough drops when I go to the store here in a little bit. This morning is going to consist of turning in my Russian paper and eating a muffin. I think perhaps my eating schedule will be put back on track today...not that that little tidbit of information is very important...I'm sleepy and you're going here about a lot of useless things. So yah...maybe now my tummy will stop being mad at me.

I bought new earrings the other day, and their hot. I'm wearing them today.They're heavy as hell...but again, they're hot, so that doesn't matter.

10:34am Well, that was an adventure. I walked on down to McIver to turn in my paper. First I went upstairs (3rd floor) to see if she was in the office. All the doors were closed. So I went down the hall to see if she was in the class room. Nope, not there either. Well shoot. I started to walk back to the office, maybe I just needed to knock. I got halfway there when I realized that her office isn't even up there T_T Sure, that's where the department is, but for some reason they all decided that she had the plague, so her office is down in the basement. So I hopped in the elevator, ( I know it's downstairs, but I don't care, I was tired), and went to the 1st floor again. The elevator doesn't go to the basement...dunno why. I waddled my way down there, all the while fussing at myself for forgetting her office was down there, until I reached the cubical-esque area. What do I find? Her door shut...she wasn't there either. So now I'm panicking. I dunno what to do! So I slipped my paper under the door, joking with the professor in the next closet, asking her to tell Carrie not to step on it and die when she goes to her office. Really, professors have to fear slipping and falling to their doom because of papers that have been slipped under their door. Anyway...I sent her an email, warning her of the possible doom...and went to get a drink and a muffin.

It's a tasty muffin.

Ok, you may have noticed that my layout sucks right now. But it's the only one that didn't mess up when I posted pictures. It will be one of my summer projects to make this page pretty.

Sushi 101

So anyway, today is Reading Day. This of course means that the dorms are under strict 24 hour Quiet Hours to respect those studying for exams *hears screams of laughter from the hall way*- everyone is dead silent >..>

In celebration of the end of another year of school, Imani and I headed down to Sushi 101 for lunch. OMG it was SO good! I took pics of all the food that we ate ^^;




This was my tasty bento. I mean really, so much food for 6.50! I ate every bit of it too...oh, there was miso soup as well, but I didn't think to take a picture of it while I had it.


This was Imani's bento. She didn't get to finish all of her's, but she was having technical difficulties with her chopsticks.


This was the only sushi that we ate while we were there. Naturally, their sushi is really expensive...but I may get another type next time I go. It was really tasty as well *drool* Since it came with two pieces, me and Imani shared.


This is all that became of my bento XD I told you, it was really good. Man, I still feel full from all of that XD And by the way, eating salad with chopsticks- not the most fun in the world.


This was the Mango Mochi ice cream. So yummy and mango-y. There wasn't much of it, but that's ok, it made for a nice treat. I'll have to try the green tea ice cream next time. Oh, and before I forget, you may notice pretty cups with kanji and hiragana on them...that was my green tea. I know I'm sad- I got excited over the little kettle XD

Yesterday was our anual International Festival. It was almost rained out, but they moved the whole ordeal into the HHP building. I don't think we've ever had so many venders...I don't think we were able to represent so many countries either. There was so much STUFF XD I managed to grab myself a parasol at one of the booths:



Now I can be stylin' on campus, AND prevent my head from teh aweful sunburn.

It's genious I know.

I'm going to work on my paper..I've managed to waste all of my time, as usual.

I'm in a good mood today...or at least, a bouncy one.

Certain people have been annoying the hell out of me lately, so we may have to have a talk, or else an otherwise good friendship may go to waste.

I've has such a lack of inspiration to write anything....anything here anyway. Nothing exciting has happened- or at least nothing that I could really write down, it's mostly been inside jokes created between me and friends. Lust Busty Pirates, Womelletes, and Sophisticated Geeks are just a few examples of these. There are also various hand signals that we have created, none of which will be discusses here.

I have been wanting to work on some of my various stories, though. The Arabic one in particular. I've been dreaming about it again and playing out bits in my head. I wish I could draw the characters T_T
